Election and Personnel Committee Meeting

Call to Order:
The Yuma County Airport Authority, Inc. (YCAA) Election and Personnel Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors was called to order at 3:00PM on May 20, 2025, in the Yuma International Airport Conference Room, 2191 E. 32nd Street, Suite 218, Yuma, Arizona 85365. The Presiding officer was Reetika Dhawan, Committee Chairwoman.
YCAA ELECTIONS AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT WERE:

YCAA ELECTIONS AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEMBERS ABSENT WERE:
None

Gladys Brown, Airport Director
CALL TO THE PUBLIC
There were no Public Comments.
REGULAR AGENDA
1) Election and Personnel Committee discussion and/or consideration of the existing employment contract of the Airport Director.
Ms. Brown, Airport Director, went over a revised version of her existing Employment Agreement, which contained a number of proposed changes. After a brief discussion, the Committee agreed to recommend that the Board of Directors authorize the proposed Employment Agreement with changes to be submitted at the June 2025 regular Board meeting.
NOTE: The Committee will review the updated Employment Agreement along with the attorneys' suggestions before the regular Board meeting in June 2025.

There being no further business before the Committee the meeting adjourned at 3:51PM.
