Annual Board Meeting 2025

Call to Order:
The Yuma County Airport Authority, Inc. (YCAA) Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors was called to order at 4:00PPM on January 14, 2025, in the Yuma International Airport Conference Room, 2191 E. 32nd Street, Suite 218, Yuma, Arizona 85365. The Presiding officer was Bill Craft, President.
YCAA DIRECTORS PRESENT WERE:
Bill Craft, President
Dean Hager, 1st Vice President
Stanley Gourley, Treasurer
Juan Guzman, Secretary
Jenny Torres, Director
Dr. Brian Cullen, Director
Ken Scott, Director
Eric Saltzer, Director
Daniel Hann, Director
YCAA DIRECTORS ABSENT WERE:
Reetika Dhawan, Director
William Fox, Director
ALSO PRESENT WERE:
Gladys Brown, Airport Director
Gerald Hinkle, Jr., Chief Financial Officer
Andrea Lopez, Executive Assistant
Ryan Hart, Million Air Yuma
CALL TO THE PUBLIC
There were no Public Comments.
ANNUAL MEETING
1) The YCAA President shall chair the Annual Election of Officers for the Yuma County Airport Authority. Discussion, nominations, and election of 2025 Executive Officers for the YCAA Board of Directors.
Mr. Craft, the YCAA President, opened the floor for nominations for President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.
After some discussion, the Board decided to consider a combined motion that would re-elect the current President, 1st Vice President and Treasurer while also electing Juan Guzman as 2nd Vice President and Dr. Cullen as Secretary.
Mr. Craft the YCAA President, called for a motion to elect the current slate of Officers as discussed Mr. Craft as President, Mr. Hager as 1st Vice President and Mr. Gourley as Treasurer to include Mr. Guzman moving into the position of 2nd Vice President and Dr. Cullen moving into the Secretary position by acclamation. Mr. Scott so moved. Ms. Torres seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

Dr. Brian Cullen – 2025 YCAA Secretary

4) There being no further business before the Board the meeting adjourned at 4:03PM.
