Pavement Areas Pavement Lip over 3" Sat Hole 5" diam. x 3" deep Sat Cracks/Spalling/Bumps Sat Fod/Gravel/Debris Unsat Sat Runways need sweeping Rubber Deposits Sat Ponding/Edge Dams Sat Sat Very minimal 2. Safety Areas Ruts/Humps/Erosion Sat Drainage/Construction Sat Sat Objects/Frangible bases Sat 3. Markings & Signs Visible/Standard Unsat Sat Many Lines need to be painted and have reflective beads added. Centerline on Rwy 08/26 needs painted. Two taxiway lines on A2 near Rwy 17 Hold Lines/Signs Unsat Sat Multiple hold short lines at A2 and A1 and Zulu correct ones need glass beads and wrong ones need to be removed properly. No sign for Z1 on Zulu. Exiting taxiway signs from Rwy 08/26 are incorrect. Two RWY signs at Z3 (midfield) rangible/Sign Damage Sat Sat 4. Lighting Obscured/Dirty/Faded Unsat Sat Vegitation is covering many lights Damaged/Missing Unsat Sat No lights on Kilo. Z1 and PHI spur has missing and damaged lights. Cover missing on light West side of the APCH End of Rwy 17, East side of APCH end of 35 and the North side APCH end of 26. Zulu has missing taxi light Inoperative Unsat Sat PHI spur. Z1, Z2, Z3 and Z North of RWY 8/26 are completely out. All but one GA signs are In-Op. The Customs and GA signs at APCH End of RWY 17 In-Op The RWY signs at intersecting Rwys are In-Op. (for the GA signs the only one lit is Z/Z2 on the south side of Z2 which is our #4 Adjustment Sat Sat 5.Navigation Aids Rotating Beacon Sat Sat Wind Indicators Sat Sat 2 lit up REIL/VASI systems Sat Sat Obstruction Lights Unsat Sat Needed at 17 7. Fueling Operations Fencing/Gates/Signs Sat Fuel Marking/Labeling Sat Fire Extinguishers Sat Ground Clips Sat Fuel Leaks Sat Vegetation Sat 8.
